anyways, ill give you fantasy and horror genres, and maybe luckly some will be fantasy horror; silent hill, the shining, elfen lied, psycho, silence of the lamb (has cannibalism but Hannibal Lecter alsdfkjalskfjs), Gantz, some episodes from the TV Show the Twilight Zone can be pretty crazy, salad fingers (on YouTube), Higurashi (but really, I didn't find it scary on shitten bit).. ehh i have more but i wont spam you for something you didnt ask for. xD I don't know if you're pretty anti everything but anime but some were real movies and some were anime and some were cartoons so good luck in your search.
